The President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) is the largest funding source for the HIV response globally, and this webinar was part of the "PEPFAR Watch" webinar series which brings together activists ahead of the Country Operational Plan (COP) planning process to champion community priorities and demands for PEPFAR. 

This report summarizes that the third WHS was held as a predominately virtual event in 2022, with a small in-person hub at the World Health Organization in Geneva, with the theme of “Achieving the elimination of viral hepatitis within evolving health systems”. The programme introduced the new Global Health Sector Strategy (2022-2030) and explored topics across the cascade of care for hepatitis A, B, C, D and E, including barriers such as stigma and discrimination and innovations, like the potential for a functional cure for hepatitis B.

This webinar brings together clinicians, academics, researchers, advocates, professional societies, regulatory agencies and industry representatives to align on best practices to improve treatment for HCV in pregnancy. The TiP-HepC Community of Practice is intended for all stakeholders involved in the care of hepatitis C infection in pregnancy.

The purpose of this toolkit is to help guide jurisdictions in organizing, supporting, and growing viral hepatitis coalitions that are community-oriented and effective in developing, implementing, and evaluating a viral hepatitis strategic plan.

This toolkit is intended to assist health department viral hepatitis programs to assess viral hepatitis testing in laboratories operating in their jurisdictions.
