These modules are designed for health care workers and provide TB programmatic information. The modules include information on managing patients and improving adherence, patient rights and confidentiality, contact investigations, and outbreak detection and response.

Mental Health Assessment Tool

The Mental Health Assessment Tool was developed to bring awareness to behaviors that may potentially disrupt the TB treatment regimen. This tool includes a series of questionnaires and observations that can be documented during the patient’s medical evaluation.

TB 101 para trabajadores de la salud is designed to educate Spanish-speaking health care workers about basic concepts related to TB prevention and control in the United States. The target audience for the course includes newly hired TB program staff and health care workers in areas related to TB (such as individuals who work in correctional facilities or HIV/AIDS clinics).

TB in the Community

This educational flipbook facilitates the work of promotoras, outreach workers, and other public health workers involved in the care of individuals with TB, HIV, and other co-morbidities. The flipchart includes material in English and Spanish.
