The World Health Organization’s campaign website for World TB Day includes an advocacy and communication toolkit, an animated logo, posters, social media tiles, videos, and other TB-related links to help spread the theme “It’s TIME.”

The webinar provides information on the foundational principles of adult learning theory and shows how the principles can be used in developing trainings.

The False-Positive Investigation Toolkit provides mycobacteriology staff with updated resources to recognize potential false-positive results and to assist in false-positive investigations. The toolkit includes job-aids, posters, and templates that can be modified for local use.

A variety of advocacy materials that were released by the Stop TB Partnership ahead of the United Nations High-Level General Assembly Meeting. The materials include TB FAQs, fact sheets, Key Asks from TB stakeholders and communities, a list per country of people who do not receive TB care and treatment, country-specific TB data tiles, important organizations and partners, and Voices from the TB survivors (video and quotes).

The guide, based on nursing and drug-resistant TB literature, establishes best practice nursing assessment and intervention guidance. The content was created to act as a reference and job aid for nurses to:
1.Identify symptoms that may indicate a side effect related to DR-TB treatment or antiretroviral medication;
2.Assess for severity as well as other potential contributors; and
3.Intervene appropriately in order to minimize patient discomfort, reduce side effect progression, and ultimately support successful treatment completion.

This 10 minute video for providers contains a basic overview of TB. The video has information on the signs and symptoms of active and latent TB, risk factors and TB treatment options.

The "I Have TB What Now?" video provides information on the steps involved after an individual is diagnosed with active TB or latent TB infection. The video is available in English, Mandarin, and Spanish.

The goal of this presentation is to help secure complete and successful contact investigations. The 50-minute webinar provides an overview of contact investigations, as well as information on available resources. Participants will also hear case studies from field staff that manage contact investigations.
