This report offers an up-to-date look at the state of sex ed across the country.

This video series showcases six healthcare providers discussing the importance of taking a comprehensive sexual health history and introduces a new 6th P created by the National Coalition for Sexual Health that addresses pleasure, problems, and pride. The 6th P builds upon CDC's 5 Ps approach that asks patients about 1) Partners 2) Practices 3) Past History of STIs 4) Protection, and 5) Pregnancy. Specifically, the 6th P (or “Plus”) explores sexual satisfaction, functioning, concerns, and support for one's sexual orientation.

On Thursday, December 9, HIV.gov hosted “The Updated National HIV/AIDS Strategy: What’s New and What’s Next? A Webinar on How to Use the Strategy ”, led by Harold Phillips, Director, The White House Office of National AIDS Policy (ONAP). Topics included how the Strategy can be used in communities, as well as how community-based organizations and federal officials plan to use the Strategy within their own communities and departments.

This National HIV/AIDS Strategy (the Strategy), the nation’s third national HIV strategy, updates the HIV National Strategic Plan (2021). The Strategy sets forth bold targets for ending the HIV epidemic in the United States by 2030, including a 75% reduction in new HIV infections by 2025 and a 90% reduction by 2030

This 90-minute webinar presents information on how to build resilience to protect health and wellbeing. The webinar is part of a collaborative Nurse Education Series. The 4 Tuberculosis Centers of Excellence for Training, Education, and Medical Consultation (TB COEs) have partnered with the National Tuberculosis Nursing Coalition (NTNC) on this nurse education series.

A free online course that is designed to cover all aspects of the management of TB infection, including the diagnosis and treatment of TB. After taking the online course, you will:

-Understand the rationale of TB preventive treatment  
-Identify at-risk groups for TB infection and disease
-Appreciate the strengths and limitations of current diagnostic tests for TB infection
-Know the range of treatment options for TB infection
-Become familiar with issues associated with implementation of TB prevention services in the field
