AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Emergency Relief Funds (ERF)

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is accepting applications for the fiscal year (FY) 2024 AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Emergency Relief Funds (ERF). The purpose of this program is to provide funding to states/territories to prevent, reduce, or eliminate ADAP waiting lists or to address other ADAP shortfalls. Section 311 of Title III of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act authorizes the Secretary to utilize resources to control epidemics of any disease. These funds are to be used in conjunction with the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B ADAP administered by the HRSA, HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), Division of State HIV/AIDS Programs (DSHAP).
