This guideline discusses how as STI programs around the country navigate the ongoing shortage of Bicillin L-A, public health and STI programs may need to move Bicillin L-A from one 340B covered entity to another 340B covered entity. This memo provides instructions on how to move 340B Bicillin L-A in order to provide timely treatment to patients.
