The purpose of this program, which is nationwide, is to build the capacity of RWHAP recipients and their subrecipients through tools and technical assistance (TA) to enroll and engage PLWH in expanded health care coverage and to increase the health literacy of the RWHAP care and treatment system, health care providers, and clients regarding use of the health care system to improve the health outcomes of PLWH.
