EHE Innovations and Best Practices

NASTAD highlights the achievements of the 47 Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Phase 1 jurisdictions through a series of success stories featured on a dedicated webpage. These stories demonstrate innovative strategies addressing the four pillars of EHE: Diagnose, Treat, Prevent, and Respond. Supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), this initiative aims to strengthen programs for individuals living with and at risk for HIV. NASTAD employs various data collection methods, including surveys, technical assistance sessions, site visits, and virtual meetings, to compile best practices. The findings are organized into four categories—Diagnosis, Linkage, Retention, and Viral Suppression—making it easier for jurisdictions to adopt effective strategies. Acknowledging the dedication and innovation of EHE jurisdictions, NASTAD expresses gratitude for their contributions to ending the HIV epidemic.
