Prevention with Partners of Persons with HIV
Services for sex and drug-injection partners of persons with HIV that can prevent or diagnose new HIV infections and link partners to relevant prevention, medical and social services. This guidance is intended for staff of health departments who provide services for partners, clinicians, HIV testing and prevention providers working outside of healthcare facilities, and HIV planning groups.

HIV Case Reporting & Surveillance
How to report cases of HIV infection and analyze and apply HIV surveillance data to control the spread of HIV in communities and promote the public's health. This guidance is intended for clinicians and laboratories that diagnose cases of HIV infection, HIV surveillance programs, and health department staff.

Program Management
Methods for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs. This guidance is intended for managers of programs that provide HIV-related services in clinical and non-clinical settings, including health departments; HIV planning groups; HIV policy makers; and other health professionals.
