This brochure provides parents with important information about latent TB infection (LTBI) in children. It is designed in a question and answer format with highlighted information for quick and easy readability. The brochure can be distributed to parents of children with LTBI and can also used by health care providers when providing education on LTBI to parents. This product is intended to be downloaded, printed and distributed at health department clinics or other locations where treatment of children with LTBI is provided.

HIV/AIDS Among Hispanics: United States 2001-2005

This report provides information on the disproportionate rates of HIV infection and AIDS in Hispanics living in the US. The report is based on an analysis of HIV/AIDS cases diagnosed among Hispanic adults and adolescents living with HIV or AIDS in 50 states and the District of Columbia in 2005. HIV/AIDS cases include those with a diagnosis of HIV infection that have not progressed to AIDS, those with a diagnosis of HIV infection followed by a diagnosis of AIDS, and concurrent diagnoses of AIDS and HIV infection.
