Nakysha “Nikki” Hoskins is the Trans Life Care Specialist at Positive Impact Health Centers. Nikki joined the team in January of 2022. She comes from corporate America where she was most recently an Operations Manager for Google. Nikki began doing community work in San Francisco, where she worked for Black Coalition on Aids and the Ark of Refuge, managing a transitional housing program for individuals living with HIV. Moving her career to Las Vegas, Nikki began working at The Shade Tree where she was able to incorporate gender inclusive training, to allow Transgender women access to an all-women’s shelter.
