A dedicated to enthusiastic bilingual English-Spanish Guidance Counselor and Multidisciplinary Artist that uses art as a tool of community mobilization with a strategic mindset and ability to translate into tactical action plans.

Expertise in the use of multidisciplinary arts for community mobilization, case management & career services, counseling, outreach, program development, presentation, public speaking and training.

Human Services Program Consultant in the Florida Department of Health in Broward County and a Faculty Member of Ana G. Mendez University System, South Florida Campus where he teaches Counseling classes in the Masters Degree program of Education in Guidance Counseling and is a Dual Language Curriculum Developer following the Discipline-Based Dual Language Immersion Model® AGMUS Ventures, INC.

Contributor of the Broward County Jurisdictional HIV Prevention Plan 2012-2016. Currently serves on the Broward County HIV Prevention Planning Council-BCHPPC as the “Latinos en Acción” Advisory Group Goverment Co-Chair Since October 2015. Specialist in Behavior Modification using different Effective Behavioral Intervention Models by CDC with a high ability to work effectively in a team environment; culturally sensitive, positive attitude and handles sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion following regulations by HIPPA and FERPA.

Recipient of “The Fulgencio Aponte Community Service Award” 2012. (For his leadership and supporting the work of the Latinos en Acción-BCHPPC Advisory Group).

Winner of “The David Clarke, S.J."​ 2011. This Award recognizes the student who has excelled at the graduate level in the Master's Degree in Education with Specialization in Guidance and Counseling at Turabo University –Ana G. Mendez University System, South Florida Campus.
