Medicaid eligible clients have lab services billed to Medicaid from Oregon State Public Health Lab. The Communicable Disease Program staff connect people with Cascade Aids Project for case management for HIV. CAP offers free testing referrals to Clackamas County FQHC for STD and Family Planning.
