This pamphlet provides information on gonorrhea, an STD. It lists basic facts about the disease, the symptoms experienced by a woman and a man, transmission, testing, and treatment with antibiotics. It notes that an individual may be reinfected with gonorrhea from an untreated or new partner and advises a person with gonorrhea to inform recent sex partners so that they can get tested and treated.

This report limits the data to adults older 18 and older to more accurately represent the population from which the SDH indicator variables were collected by the US Census Bureau’s American Community Survey (ACS).
