Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program National Training and Technical Assistance Programs for Resource Dissemination, Improved Data, and Organizational Development

This announcement solicits applications for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program National Training and Technical Assistance Programs for Resource Dissemination, Improved Data, and Organizational Development. The purpose of this national training and technical assistance (T/TA) program is to fund a series of activities to provide support to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients and subrecipient providers.

Provision of Comprehensive Community Based Care and Support for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in the United Republic of Tanzania under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)

There is still need for improved SI to guide national epidemic response. The purpose of this announcement is to build upon achievements of the current project and support the MOH to generate SI from program data using District Health Information System-2 and conduct priority population based, key population and facility based surveillance/surveys. It will strengthen capacity in disease monitoring/evaluation, monitoring the HIV/AIDS cascade from diagnosis, linkage to care/treatment and viral load suppression.

Limited Interaction Targeted Epidemiology (LITE) to Advance HIV Prevention (UG3/UH3)

The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to solicit applications to use innovative technology to conduct epidemiologic studies of large cohorts of U.S. populations at high risk of HIV infection: men who have sex with men (MSM), transgender women, and black/African American women. The UG3/UH3 Phased Innovation Awards Cooperative Agreement involves 2 phases. Funding for a UG3 phase will be used to enroll and follow sufficient numbers of high-risk HIV-negative participants to reach seroconversion milestone targets.

This announcement solicits applications for Building Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Recipient Capacity to Engage People Living with HIV (PLWH) in Health Care Access. The purpose of this program, which is nationwide, is to build the capacity of RWHAP recipients and their subrecipients through tools and technical assistance (TA) to enroll and engage PLWH in expanded health care coverage and to increase the health literacy of the RWHAP care and treatment system, health care providers, and clients regarding use of the health care system to improve the health outcomes of PLWH.
