Lessons Learned from Best Practices in Psycho-Socio-Economic Support for Tuberculosis Patients

This report compiles best practices for psycho-emotional support and socio-economic support for TB and DR-TB patients from inpatient and outpatient programs globally. The social support interventions demonstrated in this report are intended to enable and ensure adherence to TB and DR-TB treatment, alleviate patient costs, and reduce the stigmatization of and discrimination against TB patients.
