NPIN Puts the “Social” in Social Media |
---|
![]() |
Last year, NPIN social media was a primary tool to spread the word about #MyVoiceMyAction, the World AIDS Day campaign. This promotional campaign resulted in a global response linking the hashtag with personal efforts and accounts of ending the HIV epidemic. Earlier this year, NPIN highlighted new and popular materials for awareness observances and specific events contained in the NPIN Database on social media. This month, NPIN will recognize LGBTQ+ Pride Month to share important messages to reduce HIV stigma and address testing, prevention, and treatment. |

We encourage you to use the resources we share during Pride. Facebook and Twitter are not called social media for nothing. We encourage our followers to interact with our posts and accounts. Did you see a tweet about the NPIN Community and want to ask for a demo? Tag us on Twitter! Did a Facebook post remind you of a resource your organization wants to share? Reply or mention NPIN and tell us about it! Maybe you just want to see more posts with cute kittens or puppies. That’s valid, too. Social media isn’t a billboard, it’s a conversation. So let’s talk! Have a wonderful Pride season! |
