Dissemination of Evidence-Informed Interventions to Improve Health Outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum – Dissemination and Evaluation Center

This announcement solicits applications for fiscal year (FY) 2015 to support a single organization that will serve as a Dissemination and Evaluation Center (DEC) for a new Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) initiative entitled Dissemination of Evidence-Informed Interventions to Improve Health Outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum.

Public and nonprofit private entities eligible for funding under Parts A-D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009, including academic institutions, non-profit organizations and faith-based organizations. Additionally, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Territories of the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Indian Tribes or tribal organizations are also eligible to apply for these funds.
