Delivering Comprehensive Services to Achieve HIV Epidemic Control in Subnational Units in Nigeria under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)

This follow-on FOA will sustain and enhance the delivery of comprehensive HIV/AIDS service packages in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This will be accomplished by employing proven strategies and service delivery models to achieve and sustain epidemic control in Nigeria. This program will support facility and community based provision of HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and support services in targeted geographic locations and populations.

Technical Assistance to India's National AIDS Control Program (NACP) for Strengthening Adult and Pediatric Anti-retroviral Treatment (ART) and Care Services Delivery Network under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)

This FOA is a 5 year project aimed at strengthening Adult and Pediatric care and ART service delivery under India’s National AIDS Control Program (NACP) through technical assistance for clinical mentoring, quality improvement and capacity building with a focus on geographic area as per the President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) India’s Country Operational Plan.

Understanding HIV Persistence in Infants (R01)

The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to stimulate research in the pathogenesis of perinatal HIV-1 infection by elucidating HIV-1 immune responses in the setting of the infant’s evolving immune system and mechanisms of establishment and maintenance of HIV-1 latent viral reservoirs. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified U.S. and Non-U.S. organizations to fund a project entitled “Advancing the development and licensure of vaginal rings and innovative systemic methods for prevention of HIV infection in women”. Two to four cooperative agreements are planned under this notice.
