This announcement solicits applications for fiscal year (FY) 2015 to support a single organization that will serve as an Implementation Technical Assistance Center (ITAC) for a new Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) initiative entitled Dissemination of Evidence-Informed Interventions to Improve Health Outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum. Funding will be provided in the form of a cooperative agreement to support one (1) organization for up to four (4) years to provide technical assistance (TA) to assist up to twelve (12) performance site organ

The NIH, in collaboration with the Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC) is soliciting applications for implementation science research that will inform delivery and scale-up of efficacious interventions to improve HIV prevention, care, and treatment in Africa.The intent of this FOA is to solicit implementation science research projects that will have a high impact on controlling the HIV epidemic and provide evidence for best programmatic practices in PEPFAR programs.

The purpose of this FOA is to provide partial support for specific non-Federal conferences focusing on HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, STDs, TB, and/or adolescent and school health.  By the end of the project, conference attendees are expected to  have increased access to the latest evidence based information related to the focus areas, increased knowledge, and improved professional partnerships.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2016 Capacity Building Initiative for Substance Abuse (SA) and HIV Prevention Services for At-Risk Racial/Ethnic Minority Youth and Young Adults (HIV CBI) cooperative agreements. The purpose of this program is to support an array of activities to assist grantees in building a solid foundation for delivering and sustaining quality and accessible state-of-the-science substance abuse and HIV prevention services.

The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, patient-centeredness, safety, accessibility, and equity of HIV clinical services through a variety of approaches including by building the capacity of host country health systems and/or host country government agencies responsible for improving performance.
